Gilroy Energy Services is an Irish owned company based in Grange Co. Sligo. Formed in 2008 to provide clients with a full Energy Performance Certification Service. Our Assess
ments include Air Leakage Testing & Building Energy Rating for Domestic and Non Domestic Buildings in Ireland. We also provide cost effective energy consultancy advice and BER Certification. We can also offer compliance certification with Part L of the Building Regulations.
We are a registered BER assessment Company and only employ BER Assessors and Associates who are registered on the SEI register of BER assessors. Unlike many other providers who offer BER assessments as an add on service to other professional services. We have established BER assessments as our core business and offer Air pressure testing and our other services as complimentary add on services.
Gilroy Energy Services provides Consultancy services for both Domestic and Commercial Building developers at any stage of the project, to assist the design team and the end users.
This design advice is best incorporated at an early stage to add maximum value, but
can be tailored to simply advise on minimum requirements to achieve required test results.
